I continue to be in awe of how the right diet can change our health. Although I am clinically trained, I work holistically. This means that rather than treating symptoms, I try to find and treat the root cause of the imbalance. In my work I use nutrition (whole foods + supplements) and other lifestyle factors like sleep, movement and stress management. I believe in the benefits of an anti-inflammatory, gut healing, blood sugar stabilising diet and lifestyle. I specialise in women’s health and hormonal balance, including gut health, low energy levels, skin problems like hormonal acne, period pain, irregular cycles, thyroid conditions, weight management, sleep challenges and more.
